How much do deliveries cost?

We offer free deliveries to our patients for many reasons. During these times, social distance and minimizing travel has inspired us to increase our efforts for free delivery. Our goal is for you and your family to stay safe and decrease the chance of potentially catching and spreading the Coronavirus. Contact us if you have any questions at (714) 495-2779

Which insurances do you work with?

We have experience with and have worked with almost all the insurances in California. Our pharmacy team is experienced with CalOptima, Blue Shield, Caremore, HealthNet, and other Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, and PPO insurance. Feel free to give us a call if you have any questions on if we can assist you properly.

I take refrigerated medications, can you deliver those?

We are very experienced with delivering temperature sensitive medications. Special attention will be taken by packing your medication with an ice pack to keep it cool.

Do I have to sign for the medication? I'm concerned about social distancing.

Normally, we would require a signature for all medications that are delivered but during these times, most insurances companies are waiving signatures. If they are required, we will let you know.

How do I pay for my medication?

Once everything has been processed, an AUM Patient Care Representative will contact you to go over all your medications and to collect payment as well.

What if I have medication questions, can I speak with the pharmacist?

The pharmacist is standing by to answer any questions that you may have with your medication. Feel free to contact us from Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm. Feel free to leave us a voicemail afterhours and will reach out the next business day. If it is a medical emergency please call 911 for immediate assistance.
